If you want to eat nearby, try Shinyeh Japanese Buffet, which is situated 300 m away. A few steps away from taipei arena and other city attractions. Taipei Arena tube station was a short way from the hotel.

cosy rooms, a wide array of products for a satisfactory breakfast. core pacific city was reachable within a 5-minute walk. nothing bothered me with the hotel.
